Born in Trieste (Italy) in 1954, diver from 1987, two stars dive master FIPSAS – CMAS from 1991 and underwater photographer from 1995.

Underwater photography is my life together with my family.

I dedicate all my spare time, my passion, my commitments and quite a lot of money, but the gratification I had, repaid me in full …and more.

I love underwater photography because it gave me the chance to discover and appreciate the incredible, fabulous world hidden under the sea.

I have been photographing for the last 16 years in over thousand and three hundred dives.

I have dive in many site of the world, but I love Indonesian dive site where I was eight times and I took many of my best shoots.

Moreover I love my see, Adriatic see, where I began my career of photographer and where I have learned many photographic techniques.

I have won many prestigious photographic competitions all over the world and two Italian championships in hunting category of underwater photography.

I have given to underwater photography a lot of time, commitment, sacrifice physical, economic and family, but underwater photography has amply repaid me, making reach of many results and recognitions world-class, two so more specifically:

- Best of Show in 2006, up more than 5,000 participants, in the Intarnational Underwater Photo Contest organized by LAUPS (Los Angeles Underwater Photographic Society) in California (USA)

- In October 2009 the PLONGEUR d’OR, in Portfolio category, with 10 shots, at the Festival Mondial de l'Image Sous-Marine in Marseille.

But the recognition that makes me the most pleasure is to get every day from ordinary people and from the photographers from all over the world their admiration for my works.

Underwater photography is an integral part of my life and I can not imagine one without the other.
